Act 250 Comprehensive Environmental Permitting

Earth Resources Extraction

LAG permitted two 30,000 cubic yard/year sand and gravel extraction operations in Addison County. The permitting required a detailed assessment of the in-place reserves which was used to design site specific extraction and reclamation plans. Plans were defined to maximize materials extraction, limit noise related impacts and provide on-going, straight forward reclamation.

Community Facilities Site Development Permitting

Prepared and permitted the overall Site Development Plan for a small community in west central Vermont. A comprehensive plan was prepared and permitted including water and wastewater design and permitting, stormwater and drainage system analysis and design, access and parking lot design and installation inspection and certification.

Addison County Subdivision

Prepared Site Development Plans for several 4 to 8 lot single family to multiple family subdivisions with community and individual on-site water systems, stormwater and drainage systems designs and permits, access, utility and parking system engineering, and installation inspection and certification services.

Commercial Site DevelopmentPermitting

Site Development Plan preparation, water/wastewater permitting, stormwater permitting, landscape planning, fuel storage and management system permitting, access and parking engineering and site development inspection and certification services.
